Return Policy
At The Max & Rex Collection, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our return policy below for details on returns, refunds, and damaged items.
30-Day Returns
Most unused, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.
Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items: All sale, clearance, or promotional items are final sale and non-returnable.
- Customized / Engraved items: All custom, personalized, or engraved products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Condition Requirements
Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition. We cannot accept returns that are opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number so we can quickly assist with a replacement or refund.
No Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item (if eligible) for a refund.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at orders@maxrex.pet with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- We will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email at no cost to you.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.
