Do I need to have an account?
Definitely not. Simply proceed as a guest to complete your order.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay.
How secure is my online order?
Your online order is completely secure. We use industry-standard encryption (SSL) to protect your personal and payment information during checkout. All transactions are processed through trusted payment gateways like Shopify Payments, PayPal, and others with the highest level of PCI compliance. We never store your credit card details, and your data is kept private and safe.
Can I make changes to my order?
Regrettably, no. Once the order is placed, changes or cancellations are not possible. However, you may request a return upon receipt. Contact us via site chat during business hours or emailorders@maxrex.pet, and a return label will be sent.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and shipped within 5–7 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you. If you haven't received it within 72 hours, contact us via chat or email orders@maxrex.pet, and we’ll look into it.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Don’t forget to check your spam or promotions folder! If you created an account, you can also track your order on your account page.
What if I never received my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the ship date, contact us via chat or emailorders@maxrex.pet. Unfortunately, we can’t assist with orders reported missing after 30 days.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding to more countries soon!
What is your return/exchange policy?
Most items can be returned within 30 days.
Sale items are non-returnable.
We do not offer exchanges, but if your item is unopened and in original packaging, you can request a return via chat or emailorders@maxrex.petwith your order number.
Personalized/engraved items are non-returnable.
Can I return an item if my pet didn’t like it?
Absolutely! As long as the product is unused and in original condition, you can return it within 30 days.
My package arrived damaged—what do I do?

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Whenever possible, we ship from a local warehouse to avoid additional charges. If a local warehouse isn’t available, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.
